Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refund will not be process after 7 days from the day you receive your orders.

To request for a refund, send us an email at grace@newsummitcolors.com. If we find that the reason for requesting for a refund is valid, we will request you to send us the item in the same condition as your received this. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
