SHIPPING FEE

Shipping Fee will be paid by the Client.

Store-wide promotions may Waive the Shipping Fee. Please check for announcements.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday; by our own delivery team or through our accredited Logistics partners. Holidays may affect the schedule. 

You may expect your orders to be delivered within 3 to 7 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 5 to 15 business days for areas outside Metro Manila.

You may check the status of your Shipment through the Courier’s Parcel Tracking Page, just input the Tracking Number to get the details.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Delivery is limited to addresses within the Philippines. The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details.

PICK UP POLICY

Orders to be picked up on the same day will follow the schedule below:

Order Cut-Off - Orders placed and paid from 8:00am to 2:00pm will be ready for pick-up by 4:00pm.

All orders placed after 4:00pm will automatically be prepared the next business day and shall be ready for pick-up by 10:00am.
